Welcome to AI Seed Identifier – Seed Scan, a utility app designed to help users identify seed types using AI-powered image recognition. By accessing or using the AI Seed Identifier app (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, you may not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. AI Seed Identifier – Seed Scan reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.

Use of the App
AI Seed Identifier – Seed Scan is intended for personal, non-commercial use to identify seeds through AI-based visual analysis. The App should not be used for any unlawful, commercial, or misleading purposes, nor relied upon for scientific, agricultural, or legal decision-making without independent verification.

No Account Registration Required
You are not required to create an account to use AI Seed Identifier – Seed Scan. The App functions without registration, and no personal information is collected unless you voluntarily provide it within the app.

In-App Purchases
AI Seed Identifier – Seed Scan offers premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions:

Weekly Subscription: 4.99 USD per week
Yearly Subscription: 24.99 USD per year

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) to charge your chosen payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.

Privacy and Data Handling
AI Seed Identifier – Seed Scan does not collect or store any personal information on its servers. All seed images and data processed by the app remain on your device. We do not track, store, or share any user data or behavioral information.

No Third-Party Integrations
The App functions fully offline and does not depend on third-party services. All AI processing and operations occur locally, ensuring full user privacy and data control.

Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
Tamper with, decompile, reverse-engineer, or replicate the App’s features
Distribute viruses or interfere with the App’s normal operation

Intellectual Property
All content, technology, AI models, and design elements within the App are the intellectual property of AI Seed Identifier – Seed Scan or its developers. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only. Redistribution, reproduction, or modification of the App without written permission is prohibited.

Termination of Use
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. Since the App does not require a user account, you can discontinue use at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Results are approximate and informational. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of seed identification and are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from use or reliance on the App’s outputs.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. In the case of significant changes, you may be notified within the App. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
